SHIPPING
Please CONTACT US for a shipping quote and to confirm availability before purchasing! This is important, as shipping costs are NOT included in our prices, and can vary depending on distance and carrier. We prefer to ship via FedEx, but will ship UPS by request. Neither FedEx nor UPS can ship to P.O. boxes or certain other destinations; in these cases we will ship via the US Postal Service.
FedEx and UPS shipments are insured for up to $100 automatically. If your order total is greater than $100, or your order is shipped via USPS, we strongly recommend insuring the package for its total value. We will let you know how much such insurance will cost when we email you the shipping quote; it is usually quite inexpensive. Kevin is a shipping professional: however, ceramic ware is breakable. If your purchase arrives damaged, please contact the carrier.
